Drafts and saved requests on your device
Information entered into the request system is automatically saved in browser storage on the device you are using. This allows you to recover an unfinished request, keep multiple requests, and reopen previous requests from the Saved Requests screen.
Device-saved requests are not available automatically on a different phone, computer, browser, or private-browsing session. Clearing browser or website data can remove local copies. You can download a JSON backup from Saved Requests and import it later.
Online submissions
Nothing is transmitted to Romi-Rom Windows and Doors Inc until you select Send request or intentionally send an email.
After a successful online submission, the request details are stored as a Netlify form submission for Romi-Rom Windows and Doors Inc to review. The application also keeps a submitted snapshot on the device. If submission cannot be confirmed, the request remains saved locally and is marked Pending Submission.
The submitted information can include your name, company, phone number, email address, project name, project location, shipping or site address, notes, measurements, product selections, and the generated request details.
Email and downloaded files
When you choose an email action, your browser opens your email application with a prepared message. You must review the message and press Send. Email delivery is handled by your email provider and cannot be verified by the website.
Downloaded CSV, JSON, text, print, and PDF files remain on your device unless you choose to share them.
RomiRom Analyzer and project files
When you intentionally use RomiRom Analyzer, the project files you select are uploaded for automated analysis. Those files and your analysis notes are transmitted to Romi-Rom's server-side processing service and to a third-party automated analysis provider solely to produce the requested project analysis or revision comparison.
Analyzer uploads are separate from normal request-builder drafts. The standard request builder continues to save drafts locally unless you intentionally submit a request. Analyzer results should be reviewed by a person before any product is quoted, ordered, manufactured, or installed.
Do not upload payment-card information, banking information, government identification, medical records, passwords, or unrelated confidential material. Only upload information needed for the window and door project.

Removing local copies
You can delete individual requests from Saved Requests. Browser settings can also remove all locally stored website data. Removing a local copy does not delete a request that was already submitted online.
